Plzrd

Contrary to what you might think, plzrd is not a nickname for some sort of weird lizard. It is actually a request to "please read" a message or document.

For example, a co-worker might send you a chat message that says "plzrd the email I sent earlier today; it outlines important process changes." Of course, if a message someone sent is that important, they could have taken the time to spell out "please read," instead of making you look up this abbreviation ...
