In messages asking you to do something, ASAYGT stands for "as soon as you get this." Apparently, whatever task you've been asked to complete is quite urgent, so you'd better get to it.
After you complete the task, you may want to tell the person who sent you ASAYGT that doing so was counterproductive. (As roughly no one knows what ASAYGT means.) In the future, the person who sent you ASAYGT should use ASAP instead.
