DIKY stands for "do I know you." You might receive this acronym in a chat or text conversation, when someone you messaged doesn't recognize your name and/or number.
For example, if you text a friend from a new phone number, your friend might respond with "DIKY?" This means you forgot to tell your friend you got a new phone number. (And also, that your friend is kind of rude.)
