Go home means stop what you're doing and go away. It is commonly used online to tell a person to stop talking/commenting.

The phrase is meant as an insult much like the "delete your account" and much harsher "kill yourself" burns. It may also appear as the longer "go home, you're drunk" dis in response to a person's cray statement or action that makes him appear as if he was actually intoxicated. The "go home, you're drunk" phrase is also a popular series of memes used to document bizarre, abnormal occurrences.
