In online auctions and marketplaces, NWT stands for "new with tags." An NWT item is in new condition and still has its original price and/or size tags on it.
For example, a shirt someone bought, never wore or washed, and decided to resell may be listed as NWT. Or, a collector may list a toy as NWT if they never opened or played with the toy, and they never removed its original price and/or barcode tag.
