What does SOSG stand for in online chat?

Someone over shoulder gone

SOSG (someone over shoulder gone) is an acronym chatters use to say they're now alone - because the person who was previously in the room with them has left. It's usually deployed as a follow-up to POS, KOS, COS, HOS, or WOS, which are all warnings that someone else is in the room (and could read the person's chat).

If you see someone send SOSG in chat, you may want to see what they've been chatting about. Likely, they're trying to hide something from you, which is typically not a good thing ...
