Getting a person drunk in order to get information

A term that describes the act of getting a person drunk in order to extract information from him; parody of the waterboarding torture technique used to get information from prisoners.

Example

Did you find out what happened between Craig and Julie?
No but Josh is good at beerboarding people so I'm gonna have him get the info from Craig at happy hour
