Life before the COVID-19 pandemic is sometimes referred to as the "before times." The term paints a picture of an idyllic life before the dystopian reality of covid.
Many aspects of life were forever altered with the onset of the pandemic at the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020. As the virus spread and people adapted, social distancing, WFH (or WFX), doom-scrolling, hygiene theater, and corona bumps all became commonplace.
