Exasperated people use DWHTGTTA to mean "do we have to go through this again." You're most likely to encounter this acronym in a workplace setting, when your boss or a co-worker is upset they have to do something AGAIN.
For example, if your boss has already explained your company's dress code policy to you five times, and you (once again) show up in a Hawaiian shirt and a kilt, your boss may send you a sternly-worded email whose subject line is "Dress Code: DWHTGTTA?"
