On Twitter, a "dweet" is a tweet made by someone inebriated. It most likely does not make sense, includes typos, and/or is out of character for the Twitter user.
Dweets often happen later at night when someone's alcohol intake over the evening has culminated in the misguided decision to share their thoughts on Twitter. For example, if Brad drinks too much after a break-up, he may dweet about his ex. Other instances when a person may dweet include feeling lonely or reacting to getting fired.
