EOM means "end of message." Most often, you'll encounter this acronym in the subject line of SIM emails, to let you know you don't have to open them.
People also use EOM at the end of long email and text messages, to let you know the message does not and is not supposed to contain any additional content. For example, if a sender knows a text will arrive as multiple messages, they may include EOM to denote the text's end.
