Stereotypically, a gamer is a person who may be a nerd or geek that lacks social skills but is great at playing video games. He or she may look like a vampire with pale skin and dark shadows under his eyes because he hasn't gone outside in a few days. The term can also refer to a "Pro Gamer," a person who plays video games for a living.
