IHI is a quick way to tell a person that you possess something, whether it be something literal, like an object, or something symbolic, like an idea. It is the opposite of IDHI, which people use to communicate when they don't have something.
Most people will use IHI when messaging online and in texts. For instance, your friend may ask you if you have the new video game, and you might reply, "Yep, IHI. You wanna borrow it?" Or, a co-worker may ask you if you came up with a solution for a problem, and you might reply, "IHI. I'll send it to you later today."
