JTO stands for "just this once." Most often, people use this acronym when they're willing to go along with something they normally wouldn't ... but only this one time.
Conversely, people also use JTO when asking someone to do something they normally wouldn't. For example, if you want your friend to babysit for you, but they really don't want to do it, you could beg them by asking "Please, JTO? I'll never ask you again."
