In email messages, PFA stands for "please find attached." Emails that include PFA (usually) have a file attached to them. Most often, PFA precedes a description of the attached file.
If you receive an email that includes PFA but does not have a file attached, the sender likely forgot to attach the file. In that case, you may have to ask the sender to resend their email with the attachment included.
