What does slacktivist mean?

Lazy activist

A term for a person who tries to be an activist but doesn't want to give much effort or time; often occurs online, especially on social sites, when a person wants to help a good cause but doesn't want to commit too much of himself.

Example

Jeff is the best slacktivist I know, he'll click away for justice but can't get off his butt to go to a rally
