TTYVS is an acronym that means "talk to you very soon," which is a more immediate version of TTYS. It is used when you can no longer talk at the moment but will in the very near future.
The acronym is often used when planning to talk to the other person again in a matter of hours. You may be going into a meeting or performing a task where you cannot continue the conversation. But when you are done, you will talk again. You may also be meeting in person somewhere and ending your digital communication before you begin your in-person communication very soon. It should only be used in informal situations.
