Someone who is tweakin is acting wack. This slang term is a variant of tweaker - a word typically used to describe someone who abuses methamphetamine.
However, tweakin can be used to describe any person who is doing or saying something strange or nonsensical, whether or not they're on drugs. For example, in August 2021, skateboarder Tony Hawk revealed that he was selling $500 skateboards infused with his own blood. Rapper Lil Nas X, who is familiar with selling blood-infused items, responded to Hawk's reveal with "nah he tweakin."
