YCCOI stands for "you can count on it." People use this acronym to let you know that something is absolutely, for certain, one hundred percent going to happen.
Most often, people use YCCOI to say they'll do something you asked of them (such as a task or favor). However, people also use YCCOI when they're certain someone else is going to do something.
