A vacation taken by expecting parents

A term that describes a vacation taken by expecting parents before their baby is born.

Babymoon plays off of "honeymoon", which is a vacation taken by newlyweds after their wedding. The babymoon vacation is intended to give the parents a period of rest before they have to endure the cruelty of childbirth and all-nighters.
