What does BOS stand for?

When a younger sibling watches your device's screen, you might message "BOS" to let the recipient know that your device is being monitored. It is similar to SOS but is meaner since it stands for "brat over shoulder."

Most people send BOS when texting and messaging online, like on social media or chat rooms. For example, a person may send it to warn a person not to send sensitive information, a graphic image or video, or a vulgar song.
