What does engrish mean?

Bad Asian to English translation

A term that pokes fun at Eastern Asian people, who have a hard time pronouncing English "L" and "R" sounds, and therefore also poorly translate some things into English; popularized by many different bad English translations, such as a Japanese game, Zero Wing, where an evil enemy states, "All your base are belong to us."
