INR is a response that expresses agreement with another person. It is an alternative to IKR, which is much more common, but features an "N" for "know" instead of "K."
You will likely see INR when texting or online when messaging or on social media. For example, your friend may tweet that he wishes he was on vacay, and you respond with, "INR?!?" Or, your BFF may text you, "OMG, Jason is so hot!" and you respond with, "INR!"
