Invisible box is a dance move where a person pretends to step on a box. The dance move gained popularity in 2014 but then went viral when a video of cheerleader Ariel Olivar doing the move (also called invisible step) was shared in December 2017.
The move is made up of a person pretending to step onto a box by lifting one foot to "step" on the box then pushing off with the other foot to make it seem like he is stepping on a box. The move requires enough leg strength and control to create the illusion that he is stepping on a box. The move is typically done when dancing to show off to other people on social media or in person.
