On fleek is a phrase used to describe something as "perfect." It is most often used when talking about a female's attractiveness, like eyebrows and hair, or fashion style, like clothes or shoes.

The phrase gained popularity in the summer of 2014 after a Chicago teenager used it in a vine and celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj, and Ariana Grande helped it go viral. The term may be said out loud or on social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
