Someone who is po'd is "pissed off." Which means, of course, that the person is angry, irritated, and/or upset. (Apparently, pissed off acquired this meaning sometime around the end of World War II.)
Po'd is a quite common abbreviation, used frequently by those who are prone to getting upset. Thus, you're likely to eventually encounter po'd in emotionally-charged text, chat, or social media messages. In some cases, you may instead see po'd written as po'ed or p.o.ed.
