Relationship Weight

What does relationship weight mean?

Weight gained from a romantic relationship

Relationship weight is the weight gained during a romantic relationship. It is typically the result from getting comfortable with the attraction between you and your partner and part of "letting yourself go."

When you're single you often put added emphasis on your body appearance in order to attract others. On the flip side, when getting comfortable with another person in a romantic relationship it can become easy to care less about your physical appearance and add some pounds.

Relationship weight can be combatted with proper eating and consistent exercise. Or you can just go the plastic surgery route.

Example

My resolution this year is to lose all my relationship weight

This can be a heavy burden especially when you are married to Mrs. Claus
