SFS is shorthand for "sorry for spam." People use this acronym to apologize for sending a lot of messages in succession. (A practice sometimes referred to as spamming.)
For example, if a co-worker sends you 16 Slack messages in the span of a half hour, they may prepend one of those messages with SFS. This means your co-worker knows they've sent you a lot of (and yes, possibly too many) messages.
