Beast mode means dominating gameplay. It is a popular phrase used in sports and gaming competitions, to describe a player who is playing extremely well and dominating other players.
The phrase is often used by commentators during highlights when a competitor makes an amazing play. The most common use of the phrase is to describe Marshawn Lynch, the running back for the Seattle Seahawks, who retired in 2016.
