A "big back" is a person who has a large backside due to being overweight. People primarily use big back online (but they may also use it in person), most notably on social media, to make fun of people, including themselves, who gorge on food.
Many people consider big back to be a derogatory term since it makes fun of the body size of overweight people. Therefore, you should be careful when you use it because it will likely be received as fat shaming (tweens and teens commonly use it as a cyberbullying tactic).
