A boyfriend bomb is a statement made by your crush that reveals she is already dating someone. It is similar to a truth bomb as it leaves the recipient, or victim, distraught and in pieces.
Boyfriend bombs are usually dropped by flirtatious females on unsuspecting males. These flirtatious females often do it on purpose for attention but sometimes do it innocently and the male just reads signs wrong.
