Dabbin is when a person dabs, which is when a person leans his head into his elbow with his other arm stretched out diagonally. It appears similar to covering your nose with your elbow when you sneeze and is supposed to represent a person coughing after inhaling weed.
Dabbin originated from the hip hop scene in Atlanta and became popular in 2015. It grew in popularity as musicians and athletes started performing the dance move. The dance also simply goes by the name dab, which is also known as a form of marijuana.
