What does DMB stand for?

Dave Matthews Band

Fans of the rock group Dave Matthews Band often refer to it as DMB. This jam band, which originated in Virginia, has been active since 1991. Its original members include (the titular) Dave Matthews, Stefan Lessard, Carter Beauford, LeRoi Moore, and Boyd Tinsley.

DMB is most known for its '90s and early 2000s hits, including "Crash Into Me," "Where Are You Going," "What Would You Say," and "Crush." Over the years, various members have swapped into and out of the group. Most notably, original saxophonist Moore died in 2008 and was replaced by Jeff Coffin.

I love how every DMB live show is wildly different. That's why they're one of my favorite bands
