Facebook users use FBC to stand for Facebook Chat. This feature, now more commonly referred to as Messenger, allows Facebook users to chat via DMs instead of public posts.
In the Facebook Messenger app and in the Messenger section of Facebook.com, you can see a list of all your current Facebook chats. You can also start a new FBC with your friends or almost anyone else on Facebook.
