When someone is mentally exhausted or checked out, they might use MMRD to say so. This acronym stands for "my mind is rolled down," and it means the person's brain is not firing on all cylinders ATM.
So, when someone tells you "MMRD," you probably shouldn't ask them to do anything too difficult. Or at the very least, you should be forgiving when they mess that difficult thing up. (They did warn you they're not thinking clearly, so it's kind of on you.)
