No-damage Run

What does no-damage run mean?

To beat a game without receiving any damage

No-damage run means beating a game without receiving any damage. This feat is nearly impossible as it is more difficult than a no-hit run which applies only to damage from enemies.

A no-damage run is very difficult because it requires hours of gameplay practice and video documentation for the skeptical folks. Also, in order to avoid any damage at all you have to alter how you play the game as you move slower and perform more calculated moves to avoid any accidental damage.

Example

One of my bucket list items is to achieve a no-damage run but I fear I'll die of happiness and exhaustion afterwards
Then you better leave that item last on your list
