What does pothead mean?

Person who smokes a lot of pot

A person who is always smoking pot and lacks; often criticized for being a slacker; usually seen in a group with other potheads; usually doesn't care about his/her appearance, just that they have pot and food.

Example

Did you know Jason back in high school?
Not really, all I knew is that he was one of the potheads that always smoked at the football field during lunch
