A common slang term for marijuana; along with weed, the most popular reference for marijuana; related to Pothead, which is a person who smokes a lot of pot.

If an MMORPG or MOBA player asks you for a pot, they're likely asking for a potion. Typically, potions restore a portion of a player's health or mana. Thus, when a player is low on health or mana, they may ask you for a pot.
Your teammates may also remind you to stock up on pots before heading out on a quest or engaging in a boss fight. Doing so ensures that, if you or your team get into trouble, you'll be able to heal some damage and/or restore your mana.
