Peck on the cheek
When your parent or SO sends you POTC, it stands for "peck on the cheek." This acronym represents a quick kiss on the cheek, delivered by someone who loves (or at least likes) you.
Just as a real POTC is often delivered as a goodbye, the text version is often used at the end of a text conversation. However, if you do something especially caring or thoughtful, you may receive a spontaneous POTC in response.
