Forum users, businesses, teachers, and students use QnA to mean "question and answer." Typically, this acronym refers to a "question and answer session," in which one person (or a group of people) answers others' questions.
For example, your boss may ask you to submit questions for a QnA session held during your company's annual meeting. In some cases, you may also see people use QnA (or Q&A) to refer to a website's FAQ section, which contains frequently asked questions and their answers.
