Sam Bankman-Fried

Crypto bros use the acronym SBF to refer to Samuel Bankman-Fried. Bankman-Fried is the founder and CEO of FTX, a popular cryptocurrency exchange.

In addition to being CEO of FTX, Bankman-Fried is famous for his commitment to charitable giving. FTX donates one percent of its annual revenue to charity, and Bankman-Fried has stated that he plans to donate most of his wealth ($17.1 billion at the time of this writing) to charity over the course of his life.
