Tooling is a slang term for when a person manipulates someone. It is typically done in order to gain something but may also be done just because the person thinks it's amusing.
Tooling may be done by males or females but females are the most common perpetrators because it's easy for them to toy with guys to get what they want. They may use them to do their homework for them, pick up their shift at work, get out of doing chores, or pay for their luxurious lifestyles.
