VSC

VSC stands for "very soft chuckle." It is most often used to reply to mildly amusing jokes and anecdotes, letting the sender know that their attempt at humor succeeded.

For example, if you received the following joke via chat or text message, <VSC> would be an appropriate response:

"Person 1: I have a pen that can write underwater."

"Person 2: Wow, really?"

"Person 1: Yup. And it can write other words, too!"

You can also use VSC to reply to jokes and anecdotes that are not actually funny, if you want to offer the sender a pity laugh.
