You'd better call a paramedic, because the person who sent you DWL is "dying with laughter." This acronym is meant to convey that a person is laughing so hard they may collapse and die.
Of course, a person who says they are DWL is likely not actually dying. They are, however, dying. The person may also be crying or unable to breathe. Everything's probably fine, though, as long as the person didn't follow up DWL with PMP.
