EHS

What does EHS mean on Reddit?

Everyone here sucks

EHS is the less common variation of ESH, which people often use on Reddit. Redditors primarily use EHS when responding to "Am I the a**hole" (AITA) posts to say that they believe the original poster (OP) and the person (or people) the OP describes are both acting immaturely.

In Reddit's r/AmItheA**hole subreddit, Redditors post a story to receive opinions from other Redditors about whether or not they are the a**hole. Some examples of posts include "AITA for telling my daughter she has to invite everyone in her class to her birthday party?" or "AITA for refusing to let my fiance's daughter's boyfriend move into my home?"

Common acronym-based replies to AITA posts are YTA ("you are the a**hole"), NTA ("not the a**hole"), and ESH ("everyone sucks here"). People may also use EHS ("everyone here sucks").

Example

AITA for telling my wife that my son will always come before her?
I was gonna say NTA, but you did not handle the situation well. EHS
