A gamer who just wasted, ganked, or otherwise owned you may tell you to EI, or "eat it." This insult is used similarly to "get rekt" and "get oofed."
The conceit of "eat it" is that the person insulting you has forced you to eat something you'd rather not have. What exactly the "it" in "eat it" refers to, however, is often unclear. "It" could be your shame, the insulter's awesomeness, or something more ... crass. If you really want to know what someone wants you to eat, be sure to ask. That certainly won't tilt them.
