A food baby is the feeling you get when you eat too much food and your stomach feels like it contains a baby. It is similar to being pregnant but instead of carrying a precious human life, it is just a lot of food.
Food babies are typically conceived when gorging on food offered up during gatherings, such as T-giving, an SB party, or Bday party. The gestational period of a food baby can last a couple hours or days, but is then delivered to the porcelain throne for some much needed relief.
