LBR stands for "let's be real." People may include this acronym within messages in which they've stopped being polite, and started being real.
As you likely already know, "let's be real" is a synonym for "let's be honest with each other." LBR messages, therefore, often contain someone's (brutally) honest opinion. Anytime you want to stop frontin and start dishing out hot takes, you can precede your opinion with LBR, to let the person you're talking to know that you're about to get real.
