When someone tells you something will happen OMDB ("over my dead body"), it means the person would rather die than let the thing happen. So, they'll do anything and everything they can to prevent the thing from happening.
For example, imagine you tell your friend that your city council is about to close down your local Dairy Queen. If your friend texts back "OMDB," expect to see them at the next city council meeting, voicing their opinion about why Dairy Queen MUST always and forever stay open. ("It's a local institution! Where else will the teens gather?!")
