Senioritis is laziness or complacency that creeps in during a student's senior year of high school or college. It comes from a lack of desire to study for tests or complete homework.
Typically, senioritis is the result of a high school student already getting into college or a college student already getting a job out of school. Their urge to maintain a high GPA decreases and their grades start to fall off.
